Assessment & Evaluation Components
Upon submission of application, the nominee will be evaluated and graded in accordance to the following judging and assessment components to be determined on his/her position to be awarded the Singapore 40 Under 40 Business Leaders.
The assessment process includes background checks, assessments, interviews and verifications, which will be conducted in phases by ATC's assessment unit. Core components that are assessed includes but is not limited to:-
- Business Achievements
The nominee will be assessed for his/her abilities that have led the business to achieve its growth and competitive position in the current and past years. The nominee will be required to include quantifiable results and metrics where possible. - Business Leadership and Management
The evaluation includes assessment of the nominee for his/her ability to lead the business in driving significant growth, entry and development in new markets as well as management of resources. The nominee will also be assessed for his/her strength in implementation of policies to enhance the business's work environment. - Revenue and Business Growth Capability
Apart from the entry requirement of achieving at least SGD 3million revenue in the immediate preceding year, the nominee will be evaluated for his/her ability to drive continued business growth in revenue as well as the profitability of the business. - Social Impact
The nominee will be assessed on his/her contributions to the industry and community. This includes evaluation of what did the nominee contributed, through their work or passion in the form of initiatives or innovations they have led. - Compliance
The nominee will be reviewed for his/her compliance standards which includes the ability to maintain regulatory compliance for the business. The nominee and any business(es) that the nominee is the key person in or is a part of full shareholder in, must ensure that compliance(s) are met, free from litigation and proceeding, and are not placed on watch or barred list.
